About Us & Testimonials...

 

 Thank you for taking a moment to find out a little bit more about us.  I am the Director of Exceptional Events and our ethos is just that!  We hope that the service that you recieve from myself and my staff is personal, helpful and friendly and that we fulfill your needs and requirements not only on the day of the event but a year after with the benefits and support we provide to you.

 

  Should there be something that you are not already receiving from not only us but any other company that you would like to, let us know because we aim to please and will consider your suggestion seriously as it will only make us even better!

 

We pride ourselves on organisational skills, attention to detail and good relationship with clients.  We have a targeted marketing stratergy to ensure that we are promoting our events to reach as many brides as possible in as many different ways as possible.

After our first Wedding Fayre with Exceptional Events we were very impressed. From the friendly atmosphere when we first arrived, to the professional exhibitors throughout the day, we felt comfortable and welcome. The prospective Bride & Grooms were consistent all day and all were very impressed by the Fayre. We have many enquiries from this which will hopefully turn into bookings! We highly recommend Exceptional events and will be using them again for their 2010 Wedding Fayre's.

Just to say thank you for a lovely well organised wedding fayre at Ingatestone hall on Sunday,what a beautiful venue,you guys were great at dealing with us grumpy exhibitors in the morning,the sandwiches were a lovely thought too!

In answer to your question...to be perfectly honest you are the only events organisers I have used that keeps me constantly upto date with what wedding fayres are coming up and when.  Your website is extremely user friendly and whenever I speak to a member of Exceptional Ev ents they are always polite and helpful.  Providing refreshments at the venue is a great bonus. So, as of yet I cannot fault you and I appreciate the opportunity to answer the question.
