Previous Fayres....
Here is a list of previously organised wedding fayres, dates they were held and details on how the event went on the day!
SPRING 2010
Hampton Court Palace Wedding Fayre, Surrey - 28th February
This beautiful venue host a wedding fayre once a year usually in the Autumn so when we organised a Spring event it was very much a test to see which was most successful for them as a wedding venue and which would generate the most interest. It was a success for all involved with many exhibitors securing bookings. The weather was awful but it didn't stop couples attending and many stayed for hours speaking to suppliers. I would like to thank all the exhibitors for being part of another 'Exceptional Event'
Mulberry House Wedding Fayre, Ongar, Essex - 7th March
Exceptional Events organising the first wedding fayre for them in Autumn 2009 which went very well and went on to organise yet another successful wedding fayre for the Spring. The weather was great and attracted many couples! Again, many exhibitors confirmed to me that they had secured bookings so I am very pleased for them and we had arranged for over 40 couples to speak to a representative and be shown around the the venue on the day!
Ingatestone Hall Wedding Fayre, Ingatestone, Essex - 21st March.
Our second wedding fayre at this venue, which was much better attended that the first held in the Autumn which was due to them being a VERY new wedding venue and not very well established. A lovely group of exhibitors attended the Wedding fayre and really made the event pleasing to the eye with their attractive stands and friendly manor. I would also like to thank the many couples who attended and paid entrance as 50% was donated towards the very worth while charity - Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
Ashwells Spor
ts and Country Club, Brentwood, Essex - 28th March.
This family run venue is very friendly and a very popular option for couples getting married, the staff were busy on show rounds most of the day. Our second wedding fayre at this venue, the weather had scuppered numbers for the attendance slightly but it seems other fayres were also effected locally, and who could blame it considering the forecast I think people made the most of it. I am pleased that again a number of suppliers secured business and many have serious interest.
We would like to thank all of the wedding suppliers involved in the above wedding fayres and for being part of yet another............Exceptional Event.
