Exceptional Events publish a Show guide which is given to all couples attending our wedding fayres during the Spring and Autumn seasons.
We are very proud that it is has proven success for generating business and creating awareness for the companies advertising within it.
The Show guide is a high quality, contemporary size publication at 210cm x 210cm. Including features, hints & tips, real weddings and more this makes it a suitable size to be carried in a handbag which makes it the ideal reference for when couples are 'out and about'.
You may have artwork suitable for an A4 size publication however it will not be suitable for the Show guide and we want your advert to look the best is possibly can therefore the design of your artwork is included in your rate which is already very competative. Should you require this service you will be requested to provide a previously designed advert if you have one, images, logo and text to enable us to recreate your advert to the correct size, you will be provided with a proof prior to press to ensure you a happy. You may be capable of designing your own advert, you will be provided with the specification required to supply your advert to the correct size.

As an advertiser you will receive an upgraded listing within the 'Supplier Directory' online with all your contact details, email/web links, upto 100 words of editorial and 10 rolling images for 1 YEAR - PLUS receive a basic listing in the printed version distributed with the Show guide.
The Show guide provides you with the perfect opportunity to reach a high volume of your target audience if you are unable to attend the wedding fayres yourself and enhances your exposure over your competitors.
Should you wish to reserve your space in 2 issues consecutively you are eligible for 10% discount on your rate!
Supplier Directory....
Get your company listed within your chosen category or categories of the services your provide in the areas you wish. Increase exposure to people who are looking for a service for not only their wedding but for other functions they may be organising ie: Parties, Christenings, Anniversaries etc.
The listing will be online for 1 year and your basic contact details will be entered into the printed version distributed with the Show guide at the wedding fayres.
Website Banner's....
Capture the eye with professionally designed web banner available in two different size's. Options available are a standard banner which includes company name/logo, an image and upto 30 words of text or an enhanced banner with rolling images to absorb and attract your targeted audience.
Leaflet Distribution....
Exceptional Events offer a leaflet distribution service within the 'goodie bags' distributed to all couples attending the wedding fayres as an alternative option to reaching brides. As this service is charged per wedding fayre, this allows you to target certain wedding fayres if you wish or you may decide to include your leaflets/business cards in all wedding fayres to maximise your exposure!
